Technical Lead
A customer-facing role overseeing architecture, design, engineering processes, and implementation for client projects. You'll maintain familiarity with current technology developments while demonstrating expert-level hands-on engineering capabilities. You manage both your own deliverables and the broader team's output.
What you'll do
- Oversee architecture and design decisions for client engagements
- Lead engineering teams and manage broader team output quality
- Establish engineering best practices — requirements gathering, pair programming, QA methodologies
- Implement optimal CI/CD and automation tooling
- Contribute to technical quality forums within the organisation
- Ensure code maintainability, reliability, and testability
What we're looking for
- Modern tech stack and cloud platform development experience
- Front-end proficiency — React, Vue, or Flutter
- Back-end expertise — C#, Java, Python, Node, or Go
- Data storage knowledge including design and security considerations
- CI/CD and test automation tools experience
- Strong agile principles understanding — and the ability to embody them
- Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence capabilities
- Stakeholder relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Nice to have
- Interest in emerging technologies — AI/ML, IoT, edge computing
- Comfort navigating complexity and uncertainty
