AI Engineer
We're looking for an AI Engineer to develop scalable, production-ready AI solutions for our clients and internal platform. This isn't proof-of-concept work — you'll be building genuine AI-native capabilities that ship to production, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Maintain and enhance a production-ready AI platform
- Design AI-driven client solutions including RAG pipelines, agent architectures, and LLM integrations
- Implement scalable AI systems following software engineering best practices — testing, CI/CD, code quality
- Create internal AI tools to improve engineering delivery across the business
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and upskill the wider team
- Assess emerging AI frameworks and protocols (MCP, A2A, and beyond)
- Enable AI adoption across engineering teams
What we're looking for
- Strong software engineering background with a production-first mindset
- Hands-on experience with LLMs: API integrations, prompt engineering, agent workflows, RAG systems
- Proven track record shipping AI features to production — not just notebooks
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages
- Familiarity with emerging AI tooling (MCP, A2A, Threads, or similar)
- Consultancy or client-facing technology delivery background
- A team player with a knack for collaboration and clear communication
