Programme Manager
A customer-facing role overseeing multiple interconnected projects to ensure alignment with organisational objectives. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, mitigate risks, and drive programme success while engaging with senior stakeholders and C-suite leadership.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate multiple projects while ensuring alignment and integration
- Monitor programme performance against established metrics and KPIs
- Drive decision-making processes to resolve issues and remove obstacles
- Manage resource allocation across projects within the programme
- Report programme status to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between client operations and internal governance processes
- Oversee high-level governance and stakeholder communication
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in traditional project and programme management
- Extensive experience with technology projects — infrastructure, data, greenfield builds
- Background in highly regulated industries and business transformations
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong presentation and visual communication skills
- Demonstrated experience managing substantial budgets
- Ability to balance strategic perspective with operational detail
- Emotional intelligence and first-class interpersonal skills
- Confidence in challenging conversations with senior stakeholders
- Commercial and political awareness with diplomatic sensibility
