Senior Full Stack Developer
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to build scalable and robust software solutions for our clients. We value T-shaped engineers — professionals with broad skills across the stack plus deep expertise in specific areas. You'll work closely with clients as part of cross-functional consulting teams.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers on software ideation
- Design modern technical solutions using contemporary approaches like MACH alliance
- Write secure, scalable code that evolves with platform demands
- Develop maintainable, reliable code with appropriate testing strategies
- Share expertise and mentor colleagues within client environments
- Lead teams, projects, and products when the situation calls for it
What we're looking for
- Proven Full Stack Developer experience or equivalent role
- Modern tech stack development background
- Front-end languages and libraries — React, Vue, or Flutter
- Back-end languages — C#, Java, Python, Node, or Go
- Data design, handling, and security knowledge
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
