The Challenge
Everywhen (formerly Ardonagh Advisory), part of the Ardonagh Group, the UK's largest independent insurance distribution platform and a top 20 global broker, was executing a strategic acquisition programme. Each acquisition brought a new business that needed integrating into the corporate IT estate: applications, networks, server infrastructure, and corporate IT systems. They needed a partner who could deliver individual integrations reliably while building a repeatable model that would scale across future acquisitions.

A discovery team analysed the corporate IT landscape, historical integration approaches, existing governance, and the integration backlog. From there, we expanded with technical and delivery specialists to execute.
