Job description

This can apply to discrete projects and single workstreams all the way through to large programmes of work

They must be comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels, understanding how individual changes contribute to broader business objectives. The Business Analyst will typically work alongside developers, testers, and product owners, but as a consultant, they must be capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and driving decisions through influence rather than authority.
In addition to their project teams, the Business Analyst is supported by our delivery communities which enable them to leverage the skills and experience of a wider set of practitioners.
