From major client wins to community events and team milestones, November was packed with momentum (and a few shuffleboard victories still being talked about).
Here’s a look at what we’ve been working on, learning, and celebrating:
Novuna: Building a Modern Data Platform for Smarter Decision-Making
When a transformation moves faster than internal capacity, even the strongest organisations feel the strain. For Novuna, one of the UK’s most trusted finance providers, the challenge was scaling their data and reporting capabilities quickly and sustainably.
We partnered to design and build a modern Azure-based data platform that supports growth, improves BI capability and accelerates decision-making.
What began as a migration became a step-change in how data supports the business.
Spotlight on Nat: Six Months of Impact
It’s been half a year since Nat joined us as Technology Delivery Director and she’s already helped shape key wins. From securing our first public-sector engagement to diving headfirst into new tech stacks, she’s been pushing boundaries, learning fast and leading by example.
Here’s more of what she’s been up to.

Monthly Townhall Catch-Up
Our November Townhall brought everyone together to share updates across delivery, engineering, data, cloud and digital strategy.
Highlights included:
- Introductions from new starters Rob, Sam and Lily
- Client delivery updates and a look at the AI work happening behind the scenes
- A lively auction-style session to rework and refine our company values
- Celebrating our monthly achievers: Sam, Mike, Chloe and Meg
We ended the day at Electric Shuffle in Leeds for some competitive shuffleboard, pizza and plenty of laughs.

Client Stories: In Their Own Words
We handed the mic to our clients and asked them to talk openly about what it’s like working with Enablis.
Hear directly from the people who’ve worked with us about what they value, how we collaborate, and the impact it makes day to day.
Here’s what our clients had to say
What We Do (In Five Words)
Our capabilities page got a refresh, making it clearer how our teams help organisations build, scale and modernise technology.
Our five core capabilities: Delivery, Engineering, Data, Cloud, Digital Strategy
Together, they’re how we help organisations move faster, scale smarter and innovate safely.

Diary of a CIO Throwback
This year’s been a big one for Enablis, full of milestones made even better by the people driving them.
So we revisited a standout episode of Diary of a CIO, hosted by Sarah Pawson (CEO of Fruition Group and Founder of Enablis) with Ed Marshall (CTO) and Peter Cotton (CCO).
Together, they unpack what tech leadership really looks like when you’re balancing cost pressure, navigating AI, steering delivery teams and wrestling with technical debt — often all at once.
What Drives Our Enablers
We asked our team what gets them out of bed in the morning (and no, it’s not just the coffee). Si, Nat, and Stu share their favourite parts of the job, showing that meaningful moments can happen in lots of ways at work.

How Great Rail Journeys Improved Forecasting
Pricing travel products years in advance is never straightforward especially when demand varies across more than 20 countries. That was the challenge facing Great Rail Journeys, who needed a way to price accurately, reduce risk and plan with confidence.
They partnered with Enablis to build an AI proof of concept that uses real data and modern technology to make long-range pricing more reliable. In this video, Kerry Jenkin, CIO at Great Rail Journeys, shares how we approached the challenge, what the POC delivered, and the two things that mattered most to him in the partnership.
